Each rental comes fully charged, but we recommend charging the cart overnight. If you experience any battery issues, please call our support team for assistance.
No, our golf carts are not permitted on the beach. They can only be driven on paved roads and within approved areas.
Golf carts can still be operated in light rain, but we advise avoiding heavy downpours for safety reasons. Rentals continue rain or shine, and refunds are not issued for bad weather.
No, helmets are not required for golf cart drivers or passengers, but all drivers must obey local traffic laws.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of booking. The refund amount is determined by the number of days between the cancellation request and the rental start date, as outlined below:
- 30 days or more before the rental start date: 90% refund
- 15 – 29 days before the rental start date: 50% refund
- 0 – 14 days before the rental start date: Non-refundable
